Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data Oxbow Creatives (“we”) collects through oxbowcreatives.com, why, and what you can do about it. It follows India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
- Enquiry details you type into our forms: name, WhatsApp number, email, website or Instagram link, revenue and ad spend ranges, the services you're interested in, and your answers about your goals.
- Usage data, only if you accept cookies: pages visited, device and browser type, and how you arrived, through Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager) and the Meta Pixel.
- Access you give us, such as read-only access to your store or ad accounts. We use it only for the review or engagement you asked for.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and send the proposal you asked for.
- To understand which pages help visitors and to measure our own advertising, if you consented to cookies.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations if you become a client.
We don't sell your data. We don't add you to newsletters without asking.
Who we share it with
Service providers that help us run the business. They process data on our instructions:
- Calendly, when you book a call. Your name, email and form answers are passed to Calendly so the booking carries them.
- Our email and form delivery tools, which send your enquiry to our team.
- Our hosting provider, which serves the website.
- Google and Meta, for analytics and ad measurement, only if you accept cookies.
- YouTube, only when you press play on a video. Videos load in YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode, so nothing loads from YouTube before you press play.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't become projects are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent at any time, by writing to support@oxbowcreatives.com. You can also change your cookie choice here: .
Grievances and contact
For any question or complaint about your personal data, write to support@oxbowcreatives.com with the subject “Privacy”. We reply within 7 working days. If you're not satisfied, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
