Refund and cancellation policy

Monthly services (ads, content, store care)

Retainers are billed monthly in advance. After the initial term in your agreement, you can cancel with 30 days' written notice. Fees for the current month aren't refundable once work has started.

Projects (store builds and websites)

Projects are billed in milestones described in your proposal. If you cancel, you pay for the milestones completed and work in progress up to the cancellation date. Advance payments for milestones not yet started are refunded in full.

Ad spend

Advertising budgets are paid directly by you to Meta, Google or other platforms. Refunds for ad spend are handled by those platforms under their own policies.

How to request a refund

Email support@oxbowcreatives.com with your invoice number. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
